A passionate expert who educates motivates and guides you toward lifestyle and behavior choices that support optimal well-being.

I see you have trained as a Primal Health Coach -what is that?

The primal approach brings wellness back to the basics—eating, moving, living, and thriving as our bodies were designed to.

A Primal Health Coach is trained to collaborate with you to create a life of maximum vitality using nutrition and fitness strategies based on scientifically validated ancestral health principles.

I believe that living a full, happy & energetic life shouldn't be difficult or complicated. My approach simplifies life so you can spend time enjoying it, not worrying about it.

 

What types of people do you work with?

ALL people that are motivated to make lasting changes to their lifestyle!. This may include sorting your food out, weight loss, increasing energy levels, getting fitter, curbing cravings and hunger, reducing stress, and living a full, fun life.

 

How do I know if I need a Health Coach?

If you are sick and tired of being sick and tired!

If what you have tried isn't working.

If you are ready and inspired to make changes in your life but unsure of how to get started or you keep coming up against roadblocks.

A Health Coach will help you navigate the world of confusing health advice to know what will work for your body and your needs. Just like anyone that wants to get great at something will hire a coach, for example running, playing piano, boxing, business ownership. A coach is there to guide you and hold you accountable until you reach a level of awesome that you are ecstatic about.

 

Are you Paleo? Will you make me eat that way too?

Kind of! Not really!

I spent many many years researching and testing different foods and ways of eating that suit my body and lifestyle. I found that a paleo-ish diet and lifestyle work best for my body and my needs. I mesh paleolithic principles and Weston A. Price philosophies with my own intuition to guide me on what best to eat for me.

I firmly believe in the concept of 'bio-individuality' (that each person has unique food and lifestyle needs) and there is never a “one size fits all” as every human is different. In saying that, there are fundamental principles that can be hugely beneficial for everyone such as:

  • consuming foods given to us by Mother Nature
  • being mindful of where your food comes from & how it has been processed
  • paying attention to the effect of food on your moods and energy
  • moving your body in ways that align with health and longevity
  • achieving balance and happiness in all aspects of our lives

We work together to figure out what will work best for you.

Anyone that is ready to change their habits and embark on a new way of living that is easy, simple and fun.

 

Who is this 8 week course not for?

People with a closed mindset, not willing to change or those going through a tough time and do not have the capacity to create huge changes in their life at this point in time  (you can always come to see me later).

 

I don’t really want to focus on my health and am only interested in losing weight. Is your program right for me?

It definitely can be!

If your goal is to lose excess weight in a healthy way then I can help you achieve that.

Although weight loss is not a core focus of this programme, it most definitely is a common side effect of it.

The lifestyle and way of eating you learn in Jinxx has side effects such as:

  • losing unwanted body fat
  • clearer skin
  • stronger immunity
  • toned, lean muscles
  • more energy
  • happier outlook on life
  • a simpler, easier way of living.

*I wouldn't recommend anything to you unless I had personally tried it myself or had extensively researched it beforehand.
