Hi, I’m Jj (short for Jenn James),

I help busy mums get their Mojo back.         We sort out your food, exercise & busy mind.

Maybe even get you back in those old jeans if you want to. We cover all aspects of life to get you doing things for your health easily forever.

My Story

Obsessed with food, always thinking about my next meal; I ALWAYS had to have food nearby -just in case. I was planning my life around my food and my food around my life. I would feel good for a few hours after eating but inevitably the 2:30pm energy slump would always hit. 

I would lose focus, energy and the motivation to do anything unless I ate something high in carbs or sugar. Grab the muffin and away I go again…. until the next slump.

 

This can’t be right.

I set off on my journey and found a way that worked for me. 

I have constant high energy all day no matter  when I last ate. I can easily skip a meal or two and it is no big deal.

I have energy and can be the fun mum for my kids that I’ve always dreamed. I exercise in a way that suits me.

At 40 years old I have more spark than I did as a 20 year old. I spend less hours in the gym yet love the way my body looks and moves. I still don’t LOVE being in the kitchen but I am committed to making healthy yummy food for my family every day.                                                                                   

I started and ran a gym for more than 10 years instructing Crossfit and loving the impact that movement and tweaks to diet and mindset can have on anyone.

20 years of research, study and trials of N=1 have developed the Jinxx® Approach to help others sort their food, exercise and get their Mojo back.

I love adventures and am always on the look-out for more. I love meeting new people and getting to know them and their story.    

I love being a health coach and reigniting the spark in my beautiful, brave clients.

My Values & Beliefs

Life shouldn't be complicated

We don’t need much more than food, water, shelter, love, movement and sunlight. The health & wellness industry would have you believe you need 10 university degrees to calculate what you should eat and how you should train. I believe being a human and having a fun, energetic life shouldn’t be confusing. I believe it is simple and attainable fovever.

Everyone is different.

Keto? Plant-based? Low-Carb? Fasting? High Intensity? Cardio? We are all different. Here at Jinxx® we help you figure out what works best for you & help install it into your life.

Everything affects everything, a holistic approach to health.

Your sleep, your thoughts, your diet, your movement your relationships with yourself, others & nature are all intertwined. The email from your boss yesterday can affect what you crave to eat tomorrow. Jinxx® Health Coaching recognises the need to investigate all areas to get the best results.
